Mutoh’s new ValueJet 1608 Hybrid offers a maximum media width of 64 inches (1.6 meters) and a maximum printing width of 63.6 inches. The ValueJet 1608 Hybrid incorporates the patented I²: Intelligent Interweaving print technology, that allows for increased print speeds while still maintaining exceptional image quality. The ValueJet Hybrid features drop–on–demand Micro Piezo Inkjet Technology with a 4 color printer, a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi, and automatic media thickness detection. Additionally, the ValueJet 1608 Hybrid features a full table that can be used for both indoor/outdoor and rigid substrates applications at speeds of up to 145 ft²/hr with three years outdoor durability without lamination.

Using Dynamic Variable Dot Imaging Technology, each ink droplet is individually adjusted to provide high speed and high quality with low ink consumption. Each head allows print resolutions of 1400 x 720 dpi, 1440 x 1440 dpi, 540 x 720 dpi and 720 x 720 dpi.

MUBIO Ink
The MUBIO is a revolutionary, high quality and environmentally friendly ink produced specifically for the ValueJet 1608 Hybrid. The MUBIO ink is recognized by the EPA Design for the Environment program. The ink is composed of 80 percent plant derived substances, contains no harmful VOC’s and has faster drying times than the leading ink. The MUBIO Ink is available in 880 ml ink packs.
